Made-to-Order, Made for You
All Rockin’ Your Sober Life items are created on demand—meaning each product is printed especially for you when your order is placed. Because of this, we don’t keep inventory and cannot accept returns or exchanges for size, color, or change-of-mind reasons. Please double-check size charts and product details before placing your order.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, we’ll replace it at no additional cost.
To request a replacement, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and include:

• Your order number

• A photo showing the issue

We’ll submit it to our print partner for review and ship a replacement as quickly as possible.

Order Issues & Wrong Items
If you received the wrong item, size, or color, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we’ll make it right—fast.

Refunds (if applicable)
Refunds are only issued in cases where a replacement cannot be provided. Once approved, the refund will automatically be applied to your original payment method.

Cancellations
Because each item goes into production shortly after your order is placed, cancellations can only be accepted within 12 hours of ordering.
