Every order is made just for you — printed on demand by our trusted production partners to reduce waste and keep things sustainable.


1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed and sent to production within 2–4 business days after payment is received.

  • Because items are made-to-order, please allow additional time during peak seasons (such as holidays or new product launches).

  • You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order is on its way.


2. Shipping Times (U.S.)

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after fulfillment

  • Premium Shipping (Heavier Items like Hoodies): 2–5 business days after fulfillment

  • Free Shipping: Automatically applies to orders $50 and over

These timeframes are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other factors outside our control.


3. International Shipping

At this time, international shipping may be limited depending on the product and print partner.
If available, delivery times generally range 7–21 business days, depending on location.
Customers are responsible for any customs or import taxes that may apply.


4. Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order total:

  • Apparel (Tees, Tanks, Long Sleeves): Flat rate $4.95

  • Hoodies & Heavier Items: Flat rate $7.95

  • Free Shipping: Orders $50+

Small items like stickers or magnets may be priced separately or bundled to offset shipping costs.


5. Multiple Shipments

If you ordered multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages.
We work with several print providers, and some products ship from different facilities.
You’ll receive individual tracking numbers for each package.


6. Wrong Address or Delivery Issues

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we can reship it once the original package is returned — additional shipping fees may apply.

We’re not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once tracking shows “Delivered,” but we’ll do our best to help resolve issues with the carrier.


7. Order Changes & Cancellations

Because each order goes into production shortly after purchase, changes or cancellations can only be made within 12 hours of placing your order.
